SHIPPING & DELIVERY

EXCHANGE & REPLACEMENT POLICY

Every order is carefully inspected before dispatch.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 2–3 days of receiving your order.

After 3 days from the delivery date, no exchange or replacement requests will be accepted.

To qualify for an exchange or replacement:

  • The product must be unused and unwashed.
  • Original tags and packaging must remain intact.
  • Proof of purchase may be required.

Products damaged due to misuse, washing, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for exchange or replacement.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may only be canceled before they have been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be processed.
