Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are carefully processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with the relevant delivery details. Please note that delivery timelines are estimated and may vary during busy periods, including sales, holidays, promotional events, or due to unexpected circumstances such as weather conditions and courier delays.
Delivery Charges
We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan with the following charges:
Lahore: Rs. 200 –
Karachi: Rs. 450 –
All Other Cities in Pakistan: Rs. 300.
Delivery charges will be calculated and confirmed at checkout before your order is completed.
Receiving Your Order
To ensure a smooth delivery experience, customers are requested to provide accurate contact details, including their full name, phone number, and complete delivery address. Please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel at the provided address. Noorezahra will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect information, unavailability of the recipient, or courier-related issues.
Return & Exchange Policy
